Fedor Uskov is a Montréal-based producer and DJ whose music is built from the intentional act of listening to people, places and the spirit that lives between cultures.

Born in Russia but formed equally by Montreal's underground scene and a lifelong, genuine curiosity about the world beyond his own origin. Uskov approaches every culture he encounters not as a visitor but as a student, absorbing the spirit of a place before translating it into sound. Since his first releases in 2020 under the alias VodKK, and through years of carefully curated DJ sets, academic study in classical guitar and jazz, and deepening collaborations with emerging artists across the UK, Uskov has cultivated an approach that is less about genre than about translation. He seeks to find the frequency at which different musical worlds recognise each other. His music is groove-driven and eclectic; precisely because his life is marked by a genuine engagement with communities and traditions far beyond his own, and a conviction that joy, when it is real - travels across every border.

His 2026 production credit on Ohmien's "numb2it" is an early signal of what has always been true of his work: it belongs to more than one world at once.
